Madhumita Ghosh integrates over 26 years of industry leadership with deep academic engagement, and is recognized for bridging academia and industry through practice-driven teaching, research relevance, and curriculum innovation in Data Science, AI, and Digital Strategy.
At IBM Consulting, she has led large-scale AI and Data transformation programs across industries — designing enterprise AI strategies, GenAI Centers of Excellence, and data platforms, and building analytics practices, innovation labs, and capability centers.
She serves as Guest Faculty at leading institutions including IIM Raipur, XLRI, NMIMS, VESIM, DSE, and ASM Pune, teaching Data Science, AI/ML, and Digital Strategy through case-based, application-oriented pedagogy. She is a Board of Studies Member (Statistics & Advanced Analytics, NMIMS) and Joint Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Business Analytics & Intelligence. Her PhD research focuses on AI-enabled business ecosystems, Responsible AI, and data governance.

Tridib Adhikari is a seasoned pharmaceutical leader whose career at Johnson & Johnson spans more than three and a half decades — rising from a frontline medical communicator in 1990 to a member of the J&J India Leadership Team.
Along the way, he was recognized as "Best ASM – All India" (2004), led Central India to the "Best Zone – All India" award for three consecutive years, and was selected for J&J's "Leaders Developing Leaders" program in Singapore. In 2015, he took charge of the Primary Care Business — over 50% of Janssen India's sales — leading a team of 360+ and launching strategic initiatives like Project RAPIDA, CEO, and Metabolics focused on people development and efficiency.
Today, his mandate spans commercial leadership, policy shaping, and alliance management. He also championed the "Safe Fleet" initiative (2022), earning Janssen India the "Best Sector" recognition as a safe place to work.
A sportsman at heart, Tridib represented Bihar in the National Volleyball Championship (1986).
